Q: When will I receive my order?
A: With International Parcel Post from Europe it will take 5-6 weeks for your package to arrive.
Q: It has gone more then 6 weeks and I haven't received my purchased goods. What do I do?
A: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name and your order number. In the subject line of the mail, write "No delivery received". We will track your package and answer you within 24 hours.
Q: My purchase was damaged during shipping. What do I do?
A: You can return purchased items using the appended returning note. You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error. Goods must be returned in a good condition in order to ensure full credit and packed in their original package.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. After we have received goods, we will send confirmation by e-mail or any other given contact method.
Please note that you have a maximum of 30 days, from the purchase date, in which you have the right to return purchased items.
